Sino-Russian lakes on the banks of the Amur River and have the necessary space to move freely. This causes them to burn off their excess fat, giving us the pleasure of enjoying the firmness of their grains.Sturgeon fed in captivity produces semi-wild caviar.

Beluga is considered the finest and most expensive type of caviar and is even the largest with a diameter of 3.5 mm. It comes from the beluga sturgeon, also called the European Hausen (Huso Huso). Its eggs are light gray to anthracite in color. They have a very thin skin and are very mild. When the caviar is lifted, it produces a crackling or smacking sound called “singing.”

Oscietra is descended from the species Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii (also known as Russian sturgeon). These sturgeons develop in a natural environment, in lakes and dams of great depth, and when fully grown they produce caviar of a quality comparable to wild Oscietra caviar. Its eggs are quite light in color with sometimes golden reflections. On the palate it develops iodized aromas with a nutty taste and is highly appreciated by lovers of good taste.
